About TEF Transport

TEF Transport has being operating in Scarborough for some 40 years. Over recent years the company downsized, however, in 2004 Andy Mclaughlin (a former transport manager of the company) invested in the company to become sole shareholder and managing director.

Since 2004 TEF Transport has changed dramatically. The transport fleet has increased from 3 tractor units and 4 trailers to 34 tractor units, 45 trailers and 5 rigid HGV vehicles.

In May 2008 we moved to our brand new purpose built logistics depot on the new Scarborough business park. This has given numerous operational efficiencies and is a show piece for the company. This investment is proof to our existing and potential new customers that we are here to stay, serving the local manufacturing community.

We pride ourselves in giving our customers extremely high levels of service and reliability and offer our customers the full logistics package.
