Meet the Team

Andy Mclaughlin:

Andy has a wealth of experience within the logistics industry. Starting from the bottom Andy has worked his way up from being a class 1 driver to transport manager (TEF Transport) to logistics manager for a print manufacturing business to an account manager running a multi million pound account. Then in 2004 purchased TEF transport and turning the business into a success story.

Linda Mclaughlin:

Linda spent 27 years working for the Yorkshire bank in a number of roles.

Linda joined TEF in 2005 and has quickly fitted into working within the fast moving, demanding environment of a busy transport company. Taking control of all finance and customer service aspects of the business Linda, a director of the company is thoroughly enjoying the change in her career.

Carl Kellett:

Carl has a vast knowledge of the transport industry. Carl has worked his way up the ladder from being an experienced class 1 driver throughout the UK and Europe to managing a fleet of 28 vehicles and all the turmoil that comes with it.

Carl joined TEF in 2005, initially as a driver then quickly progressed through the ranks working in the warehouse and at customer’s locations before progressing to the traffic office. Carl became transport manager during 2006. Carl has an excellent rapport with all our customers and is totally committed to the company.

Pam Macdonald:

Pam is our longest serving employee and works in the admin office carrying out various roles from accounts to customer service to general admin duties. Pam’s father John Gill started the company with 2 transit vans some 40 years ago.

Malcolm Grayson:

Malcolm Joined TEF in 2007. Malcolm has a wealth of experience as a mechanic/vehicle fitter. Malcolm takes care of the whole fleet, including all administration relating to vehicle compliance and service documentation.

Andy Voase:

Andy joined TEF in 2005 as a night driver, then progressed to become our night supervisor. More recently Andy has moved onto days to become our traffic manager working along side Carl in our busy traffic office. As the business is becoming busier and larger we needed to add someone else to the team to ensure our level of services remain at the top - Andy was the obvious choice, another very good addition to the team.
